Lead Storm (overclock): For the last time, KILL IT DEAD "Cold as the Grave" is alright for staying active for longer, but I prefer the extra damage option (which saves ammo in the long run) "Aggressive Venting" is still a decent option if you prefer to have the extra crowd control, especially if you find yourself surrounded (which is sometimes unavoidable) Hot Bullets: Once again, kill it dead (now with fire!)
Honestly, any of these upgrades are fine. Lighter Barrel Assembly: A faster windup lets you be ready for an abrupt wave of glyphids But among the other options in this tier, the strongest form of crowd control is "kill it dead", so I ignore "Improved Stun" I'm more focused on weakpoints, so I don't need "Hardened Rounds" to shred armor Hitting two, with the same round, greatly increases the damage output This choice may be change if/when I decide to change overclocksīlowthrough Rounds: Shooting into one bug is good.

High Velocity Rounds: Either upgrade in this tier is fine, but I usually don't often find myself to be ammo starved, so I go for more damage While "Improved Motor" allows me to reach max accuracy faster, while also providing a higher firing rate, I'd rather waste a few more bullets to make my gun more accurate The gun cools down fast enough on it's own if you don't overheat it, so I avoid "Magnetic Refrigeration" Improved Platform Stability: My playstyle relies on hitting weakpoints, so I prefer greater accuracy I'm not sure what "the best" builds are, but I'll share what I'm currently running for the minigun (and some of my reasoning) Whatever I choose to use is not necessarily optimal, but it meshes best with how I like to play.
